Supported Causes

Here at The Bexhill Conservative Social we strive to support local causes, our two main causes at present are, The Jack Jeffreys Superhero Trust and Warming Up The Homeless, below is a little more information about each cause and what your support enables them to do

Jack Jeffreys Superhero Trust

The Jack Jeffreys Superhero Trust was set up in 2018 by Katie and Grant Jeffreys in memory of their son, Jack, who died in July that year from stage 4 neuroblastoma, an aggressive form of childhood cancer.

His treatment included 10 rounds of chemotherapy, high dose chemotherapy, a stem cell transplant, radiotherapy. Sadly, before he started the immunotherapy, he developed a secondary tumour which he began a new course of chemotherapy for. He fought so bravely but the treatment did not work and there was nothing more that could be done.

Jack gained his angel wings on Saturday 21st July 2018 just 10 days before his 5th birthday.

The Trust, supported by The Bradley Lowery Foundation,  raises funds to help children with cancer and other life threatening/limiting illnesses in the form of different projects, in and out of hospital.

This is done with things such as a day at the football with Jacks VIP Experience and providing gifts for children in hospital and many other different ways.
